清海汤加减治疗月经先期85例

目的 为探讨中医药治疗月经先期的临床疗效.方法 选月经先期患者85例,均给予清海汤加减,并依据临床症状给予随证加减,每日1剂,水煎温服,于经期第7～10日开始服,7～10d为1疗程.结果 治疗85例,显效67例,有效14例,总有效率为95.29％.结论 提示中医药可有效治疗月经先期,且近期疗效与远期疗效均高于纯西医疗法,值得进一步推广应用.

Treatment of Pre-menstrual by Decoction Ching Hai of 85 Cases

Objective To investigate the early period of Chinese medicine treatment of clinical efficacy.Methods 85 patients pre-selection period,were given clear sea decoction,and in accordance with the permit given to the clinical symptoms of addition and subtraction,day 1,decoction,warm clothes,in the period 7—10 days before serving is 1,7—10days course of treatment.Results The case treated 85 cases,67 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,total effective rate was 95.29%.Conclusion Ching Hai Decoction effective in the treatment early menstruation,and the clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy than ideal,worthy of further application.
