对鼻咽癌病理诊断、分类和国际疾病分类编码的一些浅见

在中山市上报2003～2007年恶性肿瘤资料给国际癌疗登记中心和对1970～2007年鼻咽癌发病和死亡资料进行分析研究过程中,发现鼻咽癌病理诊断、分类和国际疾病分类编码存在一些问题,如2003～2007年中山市鼻咽癌的病理诊断欠规范,部分病理诊断如非角化鳞癌、未分化鳞癌、角化分化性鳞癌、角化非角化鳞癌难以按宗永生标准分类,角化非角化鳞癌难以按世界卫生组织标准分类,部分诊断如非角化性癌、未角化分化性癌和未角化混合型癌无相应的国际疾病分类肿瘤学形态学编码,并对此提出了相关建议.

Superficial Comments on Pathological Diagnosis,Classification and International Classification of Disease Codes of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

In the process of notifying 2003～2007 Zhongshan cancer data to International Agency for Research on Cancer and analyzing 1970～2007 Zhongshan NPC incident and mortality data,some issues on NPC pathological diagnosis,classification and its International Classification of Diseases codes were found,such as the NPC pathological diagnosis in Zhongshan in 2003～2007 was not so standard,some pathological diagnoses i.e unkeraterized squarmous cell carcinoma,undifferentiateds squarmous cell carcinoma,keraterizeds squarmous cell carcinoma,keraterized-unkeraterizeds squarmous cell carcinoma could not been classified according to Zong Yongsheng classification,keraterized-unkeraterized squarmous cell carcinoma could not been classified according to WHO classification.There were no corresponding International Diseases of Classification for Oncology,3rd edition(ICD-O-3) morphological codes for some pathological diagnoses such as unkerarized carcinoma,unkerarized differentiated carcinoma and mixed type of unkeraterized carcinoma.Hence some suggestions were presented.
