Abstract: | ![]() This is the second reported case of a boy with partial monosomy 5p and 45, X constitution. He has the typical clinical features of the Cri-du-chat syndrome and no Turner stigmata. The normal male development of external genitalia in the patient is related to the presence of the H-Y antigen. |
