苦参素葡萄糖注射液在肝血管瘤化疗期间防肝损伤效果分析

摘    要:目的分析苦参素葡萄糖注射液在肝血管瘤化疗期间防肝损伤的效果。方法选取莱芜市人民医院2009年3月~2012年9月收治的32例肝血管瘤患者,采取自身对照的方法,所有患者均给予两个阶段相同的化疗方案,第1阶段仅给予化疗药物进行治疗,而不给予保肝药物,处于本阶段的患者称之为对照组;第2阶段在第1阶段给予化疗药物的基础上,再应用苦参素葡萄糖注射液进行保肝治疗,处于本阶段的患者称之为研究组。待两组患者在各自的化疗方案结束后,观察比较两组的肝功能情况。结果对照组出现肝功能损害17例(53.1%),研究组出现肝功能损害8例(15.6%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。研究组患者的肝功能损害程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组在各自的化疗前,检测获得的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和γ-谷氨酰胺(γ-GT)含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);在化疗后,研究组的ALT、AKP和γ-GT含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对于肝血管瘤患者,在其化疗期间应用苦参素葡萄糖注射液能起到预防肝脏损害的功效,保肝效果较为满意,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of anti liver damage of Oxymatrine Glucose Injection in hepatic hemangioma during chemotherapy. Methods 32 cases of patients with hepatic hemangioma admitted to Laiwu People's Hospital from March 2009 to September 2012 were included for self-control study. All patients were treated with the same chemotherapy regimen in two stages. In the first stage, patients were given chemotherapy without hepatoprotective drug and were referred to as the control group; in the second stage, patients were given Oxymatrine to protect liver in addition to the same treatment given in stage two and were referred to as the study group. Liver functions of both groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results There were 17 cases (53.1%) of liver damage in the control group and 8 cases (15.6%) of liver dysfunction in the study group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The extent of liver function damage in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). ALT, AKP and γ-GT levels of the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P 〉 0.05), while those in the study group were significantly lower than control group after chemotherapy (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For patients with hepatic hemangioma, Oxymatrine Glucose Injection can prevent liver damage during their chemotherapy and the effect is relatively satisfactory, thus it is worthy of further promotion.
