| 摘 要： | 骨关节炎是一种以关节软骨损伤和骨质增生为特点的炎症性疾病,造成患者关节疼痛、僵硬,严重影响了患者的日常生活,且患病比例随着年龄的增长而加大。生命质量作为一种新的评估指标,能更全面科学地评价患者的生理健康和心理感受。而影响骨关节炎患者生命质量的因素是多方面的,在本文中,笔者将从社会人口学特征、患病及治疗情况、社区卫生服务、预防保健措施四个方面来着手进行分析。 |

| Abstract: | Osteoarthritis is a inflammatory disease because of joint cartilage damage and bone hyperplasia, which makes the joint of patients pain and stiff. It seriously influences patient＇s daily life and growth with age increased. The quality of life as a kind of new evaluation index, can be more comprehensive scientific evaluation of patients with physical health and psychological feeling. The factors influencing osteoarthritis patients life quality is various, in this paper, the author will analyze from the social demographic characteristics, illness and treatment, community health services and prevention health care measures. |
