肝再生增强因子的研究进展

肝再生增强因子是近年来发现的一种能够通过免疫调控、信号转导及影响线粒体功能等方式特异性刺激肝细胞增殖、促进肝脏再生的细胞因子,且其基因家族成员广泛存在于从低级到高级的真核细胞中。最近研究发现,其具有保护肝细胞、减轻毒物引起的肝脏损伤的作用。其机制可能与保护线粒体、抑制线粒体膜通透性转换孔开放有关。目前对其生物学性状、功能以及相关作用机制都有较深入的认识。

Research Progress in Augmenter of Liver Regeneration

Augmenter of liver regeneration(ALR)is a newly identified cytokine which stimulates the proliferation of hepatocyte and promotes liver regeneration by immune regulation,signal transduction and improving mitochondrial function.Members of this family are distributed widely in eukaryotic cells,including plant cell,yeast cell and mammalian cells etc..In recent years,more research has shown that ALR can protect liver cells from various toxins and mitigate hepatic injury.The mechanism may be related with the protection of mitochondria and suppression of the mitochondrial permeability transition(MPT).At present,the biological characteristics,function and related mechanisms of ALR are more thoroughly understood.
