七氟烷对小儿脑氧代谢的影响

摘    要:七氟烷是小儿临床麻醉中广泛应用的麻醉药物。从脑氧代谢的生理基础、监测指标、影响因素以及七氟烷在小儿麻醉应用中对脑氧代谢直接或间接影响等方面,总结七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中对脑氧代谢的影响,客观评价其对脑的保护作用,有利于临床安全合理地用药。尽管目前有多组实验结果支持七氟烷能够降低脑氧代谢以及可起到脑保护作用的提法,但七氟烷脑保护的相关机制和对不同年龄小儿脑氧代谢的影响还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Sevoflurane is an anesthetic agent widely used in the pediatric anesthesia,which has a direct and indirect influence on cerebral oxygen metabolism.The review aims to summarize the effect of sevoflurane inhalation on cerebral oxygen metabolism during pediatric anesthesia from the aspects of physiological basis,monitoring index and influencing factors.The objective evaluation was made for its cerebral protection function in order to get safe and reasonable administration in clinical practice.Although many results of experiments supported the hypothesis that sevoflurane could reduce cerebral oxygen metabolism and played a protective role for brain,the mechanism of sevoflurane′s cerebral protection and the effects on cerebral oxygen metabolism of different ages need to be investigated further.
