老年人群代谢综合征及其相关疾病患病情况分析

目的: 分析2004年度我院老年人群代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法: 检测532名血糖、血脂、血压和体重指数,并对结果进行统计分析。结果: 老年体检人员中糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱、超重、肥胖、代谢综合征患病比例分别为18.98%、45.68%、50.38%、28.76%、7.52%和13.35%。结论: 老年人群中代谢综合征及其相关疾病的患病比例较高。

Metabolic syndrome and its related diseases in the elderly

Objective:To investigate the incidence of metabolic syndrome and the related diseases in the elderly.Methods:The plasma glucose,lipid-profile,blood pressure and body mass index were measured for 532 aged men and women which receiving physical examination in our hospital.Results:The incidences of diabetes,hypertension,dislipidemia,overweight,obesity and metabolic syndrome were 18.98%,45.68%,50.38%,28.76%,7.52% and 13.35%,respectively.Conclusions:There is a high proportion of metabolic syndrome and related diseases in the elderly.
