摘    要:本实验对粒度相近载药量不同的炔诺酮-α、β聚(4-羟丁基)-DL-天冬酰胺(NET-PHBA)高分子药物进行体外释放研究。实验表明,释放量与载药量成正比,与药物颗粒大小成反比。同时,对NET-PHBA在兔体内释放作了初步探索。

Abstract:The in-vitro and in-vivo release of NET loading in α, β-poly ( 4-hydroxybutyl )-DL-asparamide conjugates ( NET-PHBA ) was studied. The experiment showed the NET loading had a effect on the rates of in-vitro release. It meant higher NET loading had a faster release. The result of different particle size which had same NET loading showed smaller particles had a faster release than that of larger ones. In order to study the in-vivo release of NET-PHBA,the polymeric drug (10. 9 mg-NET-PHBA per female rabbits , 4-rabbits per group ) was injected muscle of female rabbits weighting 2. 1-2. 5Kg. Column Switching HPLC method was used for determination the serum concentration of NET.
