正畸治疗在口腔修复的临床应用研究

目的探讨正畸治疗在口腔修复的临床应用研究。方法资料选自2011年3月－2013年3月在我院就诊的牙齿间具有间隙患者92例，分为两组，每组46例，对照组给予常规口腔修复方法，研究组给予正畸治疗方法，对两组的临床治疗效果以及满意度情况、不良反应的发生情况进行分析。结果治疗后研究组总有效率为95．65％，高于对照组80．43％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后研究组患者的满意度为95．65％，高于对照组65．22％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗后研究组不良反应发生率为4．35％，低于对照组17．39％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论正畸治疗在口腔修复的临床疗效较常规修复方法更佳，值得临床推广与使用。

The clinical application of orthodontic treatment in prosthodontics

Objective To investigate orthodontic treatment in the clinical application of dental restorations. Methods The data in March 2011-20l3 in our hospital in Mareh is a gap between teeth, 92 eases of patients, divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group, control group given conventional oral repair methods, the team give orthodontic treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups and satisfaction situation, analyses the effect of the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results After the treatment the research group total effectiveness is 9S.6S%, higher than the control group＇s 80.43% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; After treatment group patients＇ satisfaction was 9S.6S%, higher than the control group＇s 6S.22% , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; After treatment the incidence of adverse reactions of research group was 4.3S%, lower than the control group＇s 17.39%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion He orthodontic treatment in oral cavity repair clinical curative effect is better than the conventional repair methods, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
