维持性血液透析患者临床症状的发生率及治疗率

目的了解维持性血液透析患者临床症状的发生率及治疗率。方法对我院血液净化中心符合标准的124例患者,采用自编设计的一般情况调查表调查一般临床资料,透析症状量表（DSI）调查患者的临床症状,同时了解其治疗。结果血液透析患者临床症状发生率最高的症状是疲劳82.17%,但治疗率仅9.41%。入睡困难和早醒发生率分别为64.58%,61.12%,但治疗率仅14.52%,12.45%。情绪症状如担心,焦虑,悲观发生率分别为75.43%,58.47%,47.68%,治疗率为零。结论血液透析患者临床症状多且发生率高,但治疗率很低,临床医师应加强对患者症状的识别和治疗,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Prevalence and Treatment of Symptoms in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore the prevalence and treatment of symptoms in maintenance hemodialysis（ MHD） patients. Methods The 124 patients fitting the criteria of MHD were recruited. They were assessed with self-editing investigate scale for general information,Dialysis Symptom Index（ DSI） for prevalence and treatment of symptoms. Results The most prevalent symptom was fatigue（ 82.17%）,and only 9.41% of patients reported receiving treatment.Trouble falling asleep（ 64.58%） and staying asleep（ 61.12%） was prevalent,but only 14. 52% and 12. 45% of patients were treated. Emotional symptoms such as worry（ 75. 43%）,anxiety（ 58. 47%）,and sadness 47. 68% were also prevalent,but no patients reported receiving treatmen. Conclusion Symptoms in hemodialysis patients are prevalent but commonly undertreated. Clinics may improve recognition and treatment of symptoms to improve the quality of life.
