小骨窗手术治疗老年高血压脑出血65例临床体会

目的探讨小骨窗手术治疗老年高血压脑出血的治疗经验及疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年5月至2013年6月采用小骨窗手术治疗的65例老年高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。术后3个月采用日常生活能力（activity of daily living,ADL）量表评价疗效。结果根据ADL评价结果,65例患者,Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级21例,Ⅳ级8例,Ⅴ级5例,5例死亡。恢复良好率为72.3%（47/65）。结论采用小骨窗手术治疗老年高血压脑出血能提高治愈率,有较高的临床价值。

Surgical Treatment of Small Bone Window in Elderly Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Clinical Experience 65 Cases

Objective To explore the therapeutic experience and effect of small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of patients with senile hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with senile hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent small bone window craniotomy in our hospital from May 2008 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Activity of daily living（ ADL） was used for evaluating the therapeutic effect three months after operation. Results Evaluated by ADL,in65 patients,ADL Grade Ⅰ was found in 12 patients,Grade Ⅱ in 14 patients,Grade Ⅲ in 21 patients,Grade Ⅳ in 8 patients,Grade Ⅴin 5 patients,5 patients died. The good recovery rate was 72. 3%（ 47 /65）. Conclusion The small bone window craniotomy can improve the cure rate in the treatment of patients with senile hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. It has a high clinical value.
