大黄素对狼疮样BXSB小鼠的影响

目的 探讨大黄素治疗狼疮性肾炎的作用与机制。方法 已发生狼疮性肾炎的BXSB雌性小鼠35只，随机分5组，分别胃饲不同浓度的大黄素混悬液和生理盐水，30天后检测24h尿蛋白浓度和血清抗核抗体(ANA)满度。结果 与生理盐水组相比，胃饲大黄素的各组小鼠的24h尿蛋白浓度和血清ANA滴度均有所下降(P＜0．05和P＜0．01)，尿蛋白浓度与大黄素剂量(0—6．25mg/kg)呈直线负相关(P＜0．01)；血清ANA滴度与大黄素剂量呈负相关(P＜0．01)；尿蛋白浓度与血清ANA滴度呈正相关(P＜0．01)。结论 大黄素能降低狼疮样BXSB小鼠尿蛋白水平，其机制可能与降低血清ANA滴度有关。

Effect of emodin on BXSB mice with lupus nephritis and its mechanism

Objective To study the effects of emodin on BXSB mice with lupus nephritis and its pharmacological mechanism. Methods Thirty-five BXSB female mice were divided into 5 groups and were respectively fed with different concentrations of emodin and 0. 9% normal saline (NS). Thirty days later,the proteinuria concentration and serum anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) titers were detected. Results Compared with NS group, the proteinuria concentration and serum ANA titers in the emodin group were all decreased (P<0.05 and P<0.01). The emodin dosage (0 to 6.25 mg/kg) showed negative correlations with serum ANA titers (P< 0.01) and even a negative linear correlation with the proteinuria concentration (P<0.01). The proteinuria concentration showed a positive correlation with serum ANA tilers (P<0.01). Conclusion Emodin can down-regulate the proteinuria concentration of BXSB mice. The possible pharmacological mechanims might be related to the reduction of serum ANA titers.
