脑恶性胶质瘤术后放化疗联用的临床疗效观察

目的探讨脑恶性胶质瘤术后放化疗联用的临床疗效。方法选取2001年2月～2007年4月于我科进行治疗的112例脑恶性胶质瘤术后患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(放化疗联用组)56例和观察组(单纯化疗组)56例,比较两组患者术后平均总生存时间以及1年、2年、3年的生存率。结果实验组患者术后的总生存时间以及1年、2年、3年的生存率明显优于对照组。结论脑恶性胶质瘤术后放化疗联用比单纯化疗的效果好,病人有较好的耐受性。

Clinical Effects of Radiotherapy Combined with Chemotherapy on Malignant Astrocytic Brain Tumors

Objective To compare the clinical effects of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and simplex chemotherapy for the treatment of malignant astrocytic brain tumors.Method From February 2001 to April 2007,112 patients with malignant astrocytic brain tumors were randomly divided into Experimental group(radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,n=56) and control group(simplex chemotherapy,n=56).After surgery,the average total lifetime and the survival rates in 1,2 and 3 years were compared between the two groups.Results The results in experimental group apparently superior to the control group in the average total lifetime and the survival rates in 1,2 and 3 years.Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy achieved a better result in treating malignant astrocytic brain tumors,and can be well accepted by patients.
