沙丁胺醇布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床观察

目的探讨沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合应用异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法纳入婴幼儿哮喘急性发作患者100，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组在基础治疗同时，给予沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，加用异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所有患儿在治疗期间均未出现不良反应事件。结论沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合应用异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作，安全有效，值得在基层医院推广应用。

Budesonide combined salbutamol ipratropium bromide in infants with asthma clinical observation

Objective To explore salbutamol,budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in infants with asthma clinical effect.Methods Infants included 100 patients with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group of 50 patients.The control group in the basic treatment of the same time,given salbutamol,budesonide inhalation therapy;treatment group based on the therapy in the control group,plus spray with ipratropium bromide inhalation.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05 ).All children were not there during the treatment adverse events.Conclusion Salbutamol,Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in infants with acute asthma attack,safe and effective,it is worth popularization and application of the hospital at the grassroots level.
