185例盐酸二氢埃托啡滥用者的调查

对盐酸二氢埃托啡（ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｅｔｏｒｐｈｉｎｅｈｙｄｒｏｃｈｌｏｒｉｄｅ，ＤＨＥ）滥用者１２５例和阿片与ＤＨＥ共同滥用６０例进行了调查。发现滥用者绝大多数为中青年；平均年龄为２７ａ；男多于女；文化程度低；工人、待业者、个体户占多数；好奇是初始滥用的主要原因，大多数滥用者初始滥用时不知道ＤＨＥ能成瘾，单用ＤＨＥ者，日滥用量９．６±ｓ４．２片，滥用时间３２±ｓ２．３月，与阿片共同滥用者，ＤＨＥ日用量２１．４±ｓ１５．９片，滥用时间５．９±ｓ５．２月。ＤＨＥ的身体依赖发生率（３２％）明显低于阿片（８５．６％），ＤＨＥ的戒断症状与阿片相似，但出现早、持续时间短、消失快、症状轻、易戒除。

A SURVEY OF 185 DIHYDROETORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE ABUSERS

ydrochloride(DHE) abusers and 60 DHE with opium abusers were investigated. It was found that most of the abusers were young and middle - aged; the average age was 27 years old; the number of male was more than that of female; their education level was low; workers, unemployed and self - employed labourers werein majority in occupation. The curiosity was the main cause of initial abuse. Most of theabusers did not know the addiction of DHE. In DHE abusers, the average time and amountof DHE abuse vere 3. 2 ± s 2. 3 months and 9. 6 ± s 4. 2 tablets·d-1, respectively. In poly drug abusers, the average time and the average amoumt of DHE abuse were 5. 9 ±s 5. 2months and 21. 4 ± s 15. 9 tablets· d-1. respectively. The physical dependence rate of DHE(32% )was markedly lower than that of opium (85. 6 % ). The abstinence syndromes of DHEoccurred earlier and lighter, disappeared faster, lasted shorter, and detoxified easier thanthose of opium.
