雷贝拉唑三联疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌感染疗效观察

[目的]观察雷贝拉唑三联短程疗法根除幽门螺旋杆菌以及在十二指肠球部溃疡愈合中的疗效。[方法]将90例经电子胃镜检查确诊为十二指肠球部溃疡,并且经快速尿素酶试验确定为HP阳性的患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组45例,采用雷贝拉唑,羟氨苄青霉素,克拉霉素治疗。对照组45例,采用奥美拉唑,羟氨苄青霉素治疗。疗程结束后4周,复查胃镜并检测HP,记录患者症状改善程度、溃疡愈合率以及HP根除情况。[结果]90例均完成治疗方案,治疗组溃疡愈合率、有效和HP根除率分别为97.8%、100%和88.9%,对照组溃疡愈合率、有效率和HP根除率分别为93.3%、100%和86.7%,两组间愈合率、有效率和HP根除率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。[结论]雷贝拉唑三联1周疗法在十二指肠球部溃疡病人中有很高的HP根除率和溃疡愈合率。

Observation on H.pylori Infection Treated with 3-combination Rabeprazole Therapy

[Objective]To observe the effect of short therapy of 3-combination Rabeprazole on removing H.pylori and curing duodenum bulb ulcer.[Method]90 cases of duodenum bulb ulcer diagnosed by ele-gastric-microscope and defined HP positive by quick urea enzyme test were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group 45 cases took Rabeprazole,hydroxyl aminobenzyl penicillin and Clarithromycin;the control 45 Omeprazole and hydroxyl aminobenzyl penicillin.4 weeks later,re-exam gastric microscope and test HP,record patients symptoms relieving,ulcer curative rate and HP-removing rate.[Result]90 cases all finished the plan,for treatment group,the ulcer curative and effective rates and HP-removing rate were respectively 97.8%,100%and 88.9%,while 93.3%,100% and 86.7% for control group,there's no marked difference between them(P>0.05).[Conclusion]3-combination 1-week Rabeprazole therapy has high ulcer curative rate and HP-removing rate on duodenum bulb ulcer.
