| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨进展期胃癌手术切除后腹腔及肝转移的防治方法。方法 对１４６例进展胃癌病人分组行腹腔热低渗液灌注及动脉插管化疗，并对其腹腔转移率、肝转移率及３年生存率对照研究。结果 治疗组的腹腔转移率、肝转移率低于对照组，３年生存率高于对照组。结论腹腔热低渗液灌注及动脉插管化疗对进展期胃癌术后复发有良好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment for the peritoneal and hepatic recurrence of the advanced gastric carcinoma after operation.Methods 146 patients were divided into treated and control group.The peritoneal and hepatic recurrence and 3 year survival rate of each group were analyzed.Results The peritoneal and hepatic recurrence in treated group were lower than control group while the 3 year survival rate was higher than control group.Conclusions Hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion and intraarterial infusion chemotherapy is an effective way to control the recurrence of advanced gastric cancer after operation.
