| 摘 要： | 目的：探索能有效反映中医药预防心脑血管疾病特点的客观评估技术。方法：开展随机对照双盲试验，受试者为有血脂异常病史的中老年人。治疗组服用具有辅助降血脂功能的中药复方保健品生益胶囊，对照组服用血脂康胶囊。试验周期为108天。以人体红外热像4个平衡特征（上下平衡A、上下平衡B、左右平衡、远近平衡）、中医问诊及血脂等为观察指标。结果：红外热像显示生益胶囊在改善人体整体平衡，包括上下、左右、远近平衡等方面皆优于血脂康。治疗组的相对有效率为81．0％，而对照组为33．3％，2组的构成比有显著差异（P=0．002）。中医问诊2组间无统计学差异。血脂康降脂效果优于生益胶囊。结论：红外热像能客观反映中药复方对人体整体平衡调节的优势，在中医研究具有重要的应用前景。
