| 摘 要： | 髌骨脱位常见于年轻、运动较多的人群,引起膝关节功能障碍,包括活动受限、膝关节不稳、疼痛、习惯性脱位以及髌股关节炎1].髌骨脱位约占所有膝关节损伤的3％,在人群中发生率约为1‰,患者大部分为10～17岁青少年和女性2-3].造成髌骨脱位的原因很多,除创伤外,髌骨和股骨滑车的骨结构发育畸形、周围组织损伤和结缔组织疾病都会引起髌骨脱位4].
