| 摘 要： | 髌骨复发性脱位是由于骨性结构的解剖异常及软组织限制力量功能丧失引起的,而内侧髌股韧带是维持髌骨稳定的主要软韧带结构,发挥了50％～60％限制髌骨外移的作用力1].近年来,国内外关于内侧髌股韧带重建治疗髌骨不稳定的研究逐渐增多,但报道内侧髌股韧带重建术后失败病例翻修的文献甚少.笔者所在医院2012年10月翻修1例内侧髌股韧带重建治疗右膝髌骨复发性脱位患者,现报道如下.
