抗精子抗体ELISA检测法及其应用

建立了用精子可溶性抗原包被的ELISA法,检测了100例处女血清,均为阴性,17例有生育能力者和1000例不育患者血清的阳性率分别为5.9％和22％,抗体检出率符合国外多数学者的结果。重复性试验定性符合率达97％。表明用该法检测抗精子抗体具有敏感、特异、稳定等特点,可获较为满意的结果。

A Study on ELISA for Detection of Antisperm Antibody and its Application

The enzyue-linked immuno orbant assay (ELISA) for detection of antisperm antibody was sensitive, specific and stable. Owing to a lack of standard method the results from different laboratories varied. We established an ELISA method by using soluble sperm antigen as coaling antigen. The sara of 100 unmarried women, 17 fertile men or women and 1000 infertile men or women were examined. The sera oi unmarried women were all negative. In fertile men or women, only one (5.9%) was positive. And in infertile men or women, 220 (22%) were positive. The rate of positive reaction was coordinated with the results of many researches in other countries. The results showed that the method was highly specific. The reproducibility (97%) showed that the stability of the method was good. Our study indicated that by using soluble sperm antigen as coating antigen we can get satisfactory results.
