新鲜长管状骨的三维有限元分析

摘    要:目的建立长管状骨的有限元分析模型,并通过力学试验验证有关参数。方法通过CT扫描新鲜猪骨干4根,获得连续断层图片,导入MIMICS医学建模软件生成实体模型后,应用通用有限元分析软件HYPERMESH,进行网格划分、材料属性赋值生成有限元模型,约束边界条件,模拟受力状态进行加载,得出有限元模型上的应力分布与应变结果,并与实测实验结果对比。结果实测中发现新鲜长管状骨的HU值在-1023~2895之间,根据骨干的解剖结构和CT值的分布,分为五层:骨膜层、釉样骨层、密质骨层、松质骨层、骨髓层。骨干采用802种材料特性的赋值方式,δ取值范围为1.87~1.98之间模拟的结构与实际测得的结果最为类似。结论新鲜骨的表面有一层釉样骨结构,这部分的骨成分对于新鲜骨干的力学特性有比较重要的意义。δ取值范围为1.87~1.98之间,单元数目控制在5~10万之间,建立有限元的模型兼顾了精度与经济性,有较好的仿真度。
