| 摘 要： | 目的 减少病人手术前在病房留置尿管所引起的不适感和疼痛。方法 为 14 8例病人选择麻醉后留置尿管导尿。结果 提高了病人的满意度 ,本组病人均能一次性导尿成功 ,且无痛苦及不适感。结论 为需留置尿管的手术病人选择合适的导尿时机能提高导尿的成功率 ,且达到无痛苦的目的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To lighten the patients unfeeling and pain for setting the pipe for urine in the ward before operation. Methods Choose 148 patients to set the pipe for urine after anaesthesia. Results The patient's degree of satisfaction is raised. These patients were success for once setting the pipe for urine, and they had not any unfeeling or pain. Conclusions To choose the suitable time to set the pipe for urine for the patients who need operation can raise the success rate of leading urine, and can come to the aim of no pain. |
