肺纤维化中TGF-β_1动态表达的Meta分析

目的:综合分析确定肺纤维化中TGF-β1(Transforming growth factors-β1,转化生长因子)表达的动态变化趋势。方法:采用Meta分析方法对二氧化硅、博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化中TGF-β1表达的文献进行综合分析。结果:本次检索文献中,对TGF-β1在肺纤维化中的时相性研究中,二氧化硅组时间点主要有1、3、5、7、14、28、60d,博莱霉素组时间点主要有1、3、7、14、21、28d。二氧化硅组1、3、5、60d时间点的标准化差值(Standardize mean difference,SMD)无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余时间点有统计学意义(P<0.05)。博莱霉素组,各时间点的标准化差值都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1在二氧化硅、博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化过程中表达升高,呈动态变化趋势,且变化趋势相近,但二氧化硅组表达水平高于博莱霉素组。

Meta-Analysis on the Change of TGF-β1 in Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective. To evaluate the change of TGF-β1 cytokine levels in pulmonary fibrosis of rat model. Methods. Pulmonary fibrosis studies caused by silica or bleomycin were analyzed in a Meta-analysis using Reviewer Manager Ver 4. 2. Results. Four and 14 studies for pulmonary fibrosis induced by silica and bleomycin were reviewed respectively in this paper. There were seven time points including 1,3,5,7,14,28 and 60d published in reviewed articles of silica-induced fibrosis. The standardize mean difference（SMD） of TGF- β1 was statistically significant increased in SiOz-induced pulmonary fibrosis except for time points of 1,3,5 and 60d. And there were six time points including 1,3,5,7,14 and 28d published for TGF-β1 in bleomycin induced fibrosis articles and this cytokine was increased in all time points. Conclusion： Markedly elevated TGF- β1 levels were observed in SiOz and bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis, respectively. Though the trend of TGF-β1 changes in pulmonary fibrosis caused by SiOz was the same as that by bleomycin, yet a higher level was manifested in the former.
