常规胃镜和无痛胃镜的护理干预

目的：探讨常规胃镜和无痛胃镜的护理干预.方法：胃铣检查患者1000例,按用药方法不同分为：常规胃镜（对照组）500例和无痛胃镜（观察组）500例,观察两组患者术前、术中的血压、心率、血氧饱和度、不良反应.结果：观察组检查成功率为100%,高于对照组83.0%（χ^2=3.789,P〈0.05）;对照组术中收缩压、舒张压、心率均高于术前（t=2.451,t=2.501 t=2.487,P均〈0.05）,观察组上述变化无显著性差异;对照组收缩压、舒张压、心率均高于观察组（t=2.485,t=2.531 t=2.497,P均〈0.05）;对照组恶心、流涎、流泪、呛咳、躁动的不良反应高于观察组（χ^2=6.785,χ^2=6.897,χ^2=7.011,χ^2=7.111,P均〈0.01）,两组进行术前准备、术中护理、术后护理干预.结论：无痛胃镜检查术安全可行,可明显减轻痛苦和不良反应.关键词：
