阿德福韦酯联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗活动性肝硬化临床观察

目的：观察阿德福韦酯联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗活动性肝硬化的疗效和安全性。方法：95例活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组43例，两组均在保肝、对症等常规治疗基础上接受阿德福韦酯胶囊10mg／d治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合扶正化瘀胶囊3次／d，3粒／次，疗程24周。结果：两组患者治疗后ChildPugh评分下降，肝功能改善，HBVDNA载量下降，配对比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组患者肝纤维化指标及脾门厚度的下降值优于对照组，组间比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论：阿德福韦酯联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗活动性乙型肝炎肝硬化能显著提高肝纤维化的治疗效果，改善肝功能，临床应用安全。

Clinical observation on Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule for active liver cirrhosis

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety on Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule in treatment of active liver cirrhosis. Methods ： Ninety-five patients with active hepatitis B together with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into 52 cases of the treatment group and the control group of 43 cases. The two groups were given Adefovir Dipivoxil 10mg/d treatment on the basis of the conventional therapy such as the liver protection, and expectant treatment. The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Huayu capsule three times daily on the basis of control group, three pieces once, 24-week course of treatment. Results： After treating the two groups of patients Child-Pugh score decreased, liver function improved, HBV DNA load declined, and the difference of comparison of matched pairs was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） . The decreased value of spleen thickness and liver fibrosis index of the treatment groups was superior to the control group, the difference between groups was significant （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule in treating active liver cirrhosis of hepatitis B can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of liver fibrosis and can coordinatly improve liver function, and can supply security in clinical application.
