摘    要:
目的探讨人面部三维平面的建立对磨牙邻面龋牙体修复的作用。方法采用窝洞制备的人面部三维平面便利形对磨牙邻面龋进行牙体修复。结果临床上对72例患者138颗牙齿进行磨牙邻面龋的牙体修复,经X线显示充填物完整,仅发现2例充填材料与牙体组织有空隙,另1例充填物脱落。结论医生检查和操作时在视线方向保持不变的情况下,通过三维垂直轴(头部)调节,增加观察范围、视野清晰、操作方便,保存牙体牙合面和邻面正常边缘嵴。该方法解决了长期以来医生检查和治疗磨牙邻面龋病变受限的难度。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effects of the molar proximal caries on the tridimensional plane of face.Methods To establish the tridimensional plane of face,we introduced the favourable form in the cavity preparation to restore the proximal caries of molars . Results We chose 138 teeth from 72 patients to restore the proximal caries of molars . After restoration, X-rays revealed the filling perfectly, only two of which had interspace between the filling materials and the tooth, and the filling materials fell off in one of them. Conclusion Holding the line of sight during examinition and manipulation, a doctor could adjust the tridimensional vertical axis to increase the range of observation, thus making the visual field more vivid ,manipulating more conveniently and at the same time keeping the natural brink between the tooth and its proximal plane. This method solved the long-standing problem for a doctor to observe and treat the proximal caries of molars.
