| Abstract: | We reviewed the evidence-based medicine of several common anti-platelet drugs,represented by aspirin on the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke,on the basis of which,the guidelines of anti-platelet therapy as secondary prevention of stroke in China,United States and Europe were compared.Finally,adverse e-vents of anti-platelet drugs in gastrointestinal and intracranial hemorrhage and the strategies of clinical application were also elaborated. |
