| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大脑中动脉动脉瘤显微手术治疗的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年12月经显微手术治疗的197例大脑中动脉动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果动脉瘤被手术成功夹闭175例(194枚动脉瘤),包裹加固13例(13枚),切除3例(3枚)和孤立6例(6枚)。术后短期死亡3例。本组失访54例;余病例术后随访6个月至8年,按GOS评分,预后良好104例,中残19例,重残8例,植物生存5例,死亡4例。结论大脑中动脉动脉瘤破裂后病情多较重,针对不同的病情采用不同的手术方法与策略,可以获得较满意疗效。
