| 摘 要： | 随着计算机断层显像(CT)、超声及核磁共振成像技术(MRI)的广泛应用，无症状肾上腺肿瘤的意外检出率逐渐增多，尤其在老年人中。老年肾上腺意外瘤的临床表现多不典型，给临床诊断带来较大困难。肾上腺意外瘤大部分为良性和无功能性肿瘤，也可见功能性和恶性肿瘤。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the widespread use of computed tomography(CT),ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),incidental detection of asymptomatic adrenal mass has been increasingly common,especially in the elderly.Clinical manifestations of incidental adrenal mass in the elderly are largely atypical,which usually complicates diagnosis.Most of incidental adrenal masses are benign and nonfunctional,although functional and malignant tumors can occasionally be detected. |
