| 摘 要： | 目前已认识到血小板在血栓形成中起关键作用。抗血小板药物能在血栓形成级联中多个位点阻断血小板黏附、活化、聚集。环氧化酶-1抑制剂阿司匹林在防止心血管事件方面有效,但远非理想。近年来,开发了许多新型的抗血小板药物,文章就新型抗血小板药物在临床应用进展情况进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | It has been noted that platelet is essential in thrombosis.Antiplatelet agents block platelet adhe-sion,aggregation and activation over many sites in the thrombotic cascade.Aspirin,a cycloxygenase-1 inhibitor,is effective in preventing cardiovascular events,but the effect is far from ideal.Recent years,many new antiplatelet a-gents have been developed,and this article provides an overview on the advances of these new antiplatelet agents. |
