| 摘 要： | 目的全面了解乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）标志物免疫学检验质评结果。方法对2003～2007年HBV5项标志物的室间质评结果进行分析。结果所检验的800项测定结果总符合率达92．4％。检验科各项得分从高分到低分排列顺序为：乙型肝炎表面抗体、乙型肝炎表面抗原、乙型肝炎e抗原、乙型肝炎e抗体、乙型肝炎核心抗体；年平均成绩从高分到低分排列顺序为：2007、2006、2003、2004、2005年。结论室间质评有助于提高检验质量，其结果与建立室内质控、操作者责任心、检测试剂的质量和严格按规程操作与否有关。 |
