| Abstract: | We clearly make the definitions related to optimizing process, analyze the current status of related research at home and abroad, discuss the existential problems or potential problems in community clinics, put forward strategies related to optimize community outpatient care process such as simplifying the care process, standardizing the process, adjusting the layout, strengthen- ing the construction of information and so on. We are committed to establishing a perfect and standardized management system of community clinics, and forming a scientific and concise community outpatient care process. |
