B超引导微创人工流产手术的临床效果分析

目的:探讨B超引导下微创人工流产手术的临床效果,为临床推广提供理论依据。方法:对本院88例早孕患者,分为实验组44例和对照组44例,其中对实验组采用B超引导微创人工流产手术,对照组采用常规人工流产手术。统计两组在手术过程的疼痛情况、术中出血量、手术时间及术后出血持续时间进行比较。结果:实验组感觉疼痛的比例、术中出血量、手术时间及术后出血持续时间均低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:B超引导微创人工流产手术可以减轻患者创伤和痛苦,是一种值得推广的人工流产技术。

Analysis of the clinical effect of minimally invasive artificial abortion guided by B-mode ultrasound

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive artificial abortion guided by B-mode ultrasound,and offer the theory of clinical spread.Methods:88 early pregnancy women were divided into two groups:the control group(44 women)and treatment group(44 women).The women in control group were dealed with minimally invasive artificial abortion,and women in treatment group were dealed with routine artificial abortion.then statistical analysis of the ache and bleeding during operation,time of operation and bleeding after operation were performed with the t-test method of SPSS 10.0 FOR WINDOWS.Results:The difference of ache proportion,bleeding during operation,time of operation and bleeding after operation was significant between the control group and treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The operation of minimally invasive artificial abortion guided by B-mode ultrasound can lighten the wound and pain,and is a kind of fine operation.
