D-半乳糖衰老大鼠睾丸生精细胞端粒酶表达的变化

摘    要:目的:观察D-半乳糖衰老大鼠血清睾酮含量及睾丸生精细胞端粒酶表达的变化.方法:20只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、衰老模型组,每组均为10只.采用D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型.ELISA方法检测各组大鼠血清睾酮含量、SP免疫组化法检测睾丸生精细胞端粒酶的表达.结果:衰老大鼠血清睾酮含量明显下降(与正常大鼠相比P<0.05);衰老大鼠睾丸生精细胞端粒酶的表达明显少于正常大鼠.结论:衰老大鼠睾丸生精细胞增殖能力下降,睾丸功能减退.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of testosterone content in serum and telomerase expression of spermatogenic cells in testis of D-gal aging rats.Methods: 20 SD rats were applied in this study and divided into 2 groups at random: normal group,aging model group,and each group had 10 rats. The sub-acutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually.ELISA was used to detect the testosterone content in serum,SP immunohistochemistry to observe the telomerase expression of spermatogenic cells.Results: The testosterone content of aging rats decreased significantly compared with normal rats(P<0.05);the telomerase positive cells of aging rats were much less than normal rats.Conclusions: The reproductive activity of spermatogenic cells decreased in aging rats,and the function of testis decline.
