| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨输尿管癌和输尿管息肉在临床表现及影像学上的差异和治疗体会.方法 回顾分析12例输尿管癌和输尿管息肉患者的诊疗资料.结果 4例输尿管息肉患者经手术治愈,8例输尿管癌患者术后1例4个月复发,1例3个月发现膀胱肿瘤,6例经2年随访无肿瘤复发和转移.结论 输尿管癌和输尿管息肉的临床表现及影像学表现有很大的不同,息肉可通过开放手术、腹腔镜或腔内手术治愈,但输尿管癌应以腹腔镜或开放手术为首选,腔内手术复发率高,并发症多.
