| 摘 要： | 调查德化某瓷厂不同工种工人120名,接触含铬瓷尘工人(41名)的尿铬水平(0.83±0.52pmol/L)高于对照组(0.26±0.12μmol/L),与该作业环境空气中粉尘含铬水平有关。尿铬水平随工龄的增加呈上升趋势。系统症状记分与鼻腔检查结果,接触含铬瓷尘工人,能引起多个系统的评分和鼻部病变检出率的增加,其鼻部病变以粘膜糜烂为多。 |

| Abstract: | This paper investigated 117 workers exposing to different porcelain dusts.The result showed that the quantity of urine chromium increased in the workers exposing to color porcelain dust containing chromium.This change corresponded with the quantity of chromium in dust and increased with the in- crease of working age.The evaluation records of systematic subjective symptom and examination results on nasal cavity indicated that the color porcalain dust containing chromium might cause the increase of systematic symptoms and the morbidity of nasal disease which mostly caused erosive changes,but no special subjective symptoms were found on the affections of color porcelain dust. |
