| 摘 要： | 目的对上胸骨劈开切除胸上段食管癌进行临床研究,并评估此术式的远期效果。方法选取1998年12月—2003年12月我科48例胸上段食管癌患者,采用上胸骨劈开径路切除肿瘤、胃代食管颈部吻合。结果全组手术切除率100%,术后3年生存率58.3%,5年生存率37.5%,术后并发症发生率18.7%,主要为吻合口瘘、肺部感染、胃排空障碍等,手术死亡1例,上切缘阳性1例。结论该术式对胸上段食管癌显露好、切除率高,同时避免开胸,对患者心肺功能影响较小,远期疗效好。
