柔肝和血汤治疗高脂血症的临床观察与实验研究

自拟柔肝和血汤治疗高脂血症６３例，治疗后血脂水平明显下降，治疗前后血脂水平比较，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。动物实验表明本方煎剂能降低实验性高脂血症鹌鹑的血脂水平，相对提高α脂蛋白含量，减少胆固醇在实验动物主动脉壁内膜下的沉积。

Clinical Observation on 63 Cases of Hyperlipemia Treated with Rougan Hexue Decoction and Experimental Study

63 Cases of hyperlipemia were treated with Rougan Hexue decotion which is compooed by myself The result showed that the level of blood-lipid dropped obviouely after treatment and, in statistical an alysis,there is a Significant difference of the blood-lipid before and after treatmenl (P< 0.001)Experiments on animals showed that this decoction may decline the level of experimental hyperlipemia and relatively increase the content of a-lipopretein, decrease the deposition of the cholesterol on the aortic inima。
