HIV抗体不确定样品的鉴别策略研究

摘    要:目的探索HIV抗体不确定样品的确证策略。方法对93例HIV抗体不确定样品的抗体检测数据进行分析,并进行病毒载量检测和HIV抗体随访检测。结果复检时两种试剂检测结果不一致的有51例,病毒载量检测结果均为阴性。两种复检试剂检测结果均为阳性的42例样品中,有27例病毒载量检测结果为阳性,其中ELISA S/CO〉6的9例样品病毒载量检测结果均为阳性,ELISA S/CO≤6的33例样品中有18例病毒载量检测结果为阳性。对17例不确定样品进行了HIV抗体随访检测,11例病毒载量为阳性的样品均确证为HIV抗体阳性,6例病毒载量为阴性的样品均排除HIV感染。结论对于HIV抗体不确定样品应当慎重对待,HIV抗体复检结果和病毒载量检测结果有助于鉴别HIV感染状态。

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of indeterminate samples for identifying HIV infection by HIV antibody diagnosis.Methods 93 cases with indeterminate blots were selected.Data of HIV antibody tests were collected and analyzed.Viral load were detected and follow-up survey in detecting HIV antibody was conducted.Results 51 cases had conflictive results by ELISA and RAPID test.None was HIV positive by viral load.42 cases with concordant results of HIV antibody screening tests,in which 9 cases with ELISA S/CO6 had positive viral load,18 out of 33 cases with ELISA S/CO≤6 had positive viral load.17 cases were followed up,in which 11 cases with positive viral load were confirmed to be infected with HIV,and 6 cases with negative viral load were proved to be HIV antibody negative.Conclusion Samples with indeterminate blots should be handled with caution.Data of HIV antibody screening tests and viral load test can provide helpful information for verification.
