| Abstract: | The authors treated 260 cases of infantile cerebral paralysis with seven-star needle tapping on the running courses of hand and foot Yangming meridians,foot Taiyang meridian and Du meridian. The treatment was offered once daily. Simultaneously conventional acupuncture was also combined in points Yamen (GV 15), Fengchi (GB 20), Futu (LI 18), Guanyuan (CV 4), Tianshu (ST 26) etc. and different needling techniques were performed according to the symptomes. One course of treatment consisted of 24 sessions. The results showed 29 cases of cure, 79 of marked effectiveness, 133 of improvement, and 19 of unchange. The total effective rate was 92.7%. |
