唐山市丰南区45岁以上居民慢性病患病情况及其危险因素

目的通过分析河北省唐山市丰南区45岁以上居民慢性病的患病情况和相关危险因素，为慢性病防控提供科学对策。方法采用统一的健康检查方式，为全区45岁以上居民180040人开展健康检查，同时收集相关个人信息，汇总分析体检结果，进行慢性病的患病情况和相关危险因素分析。结果高血压、糖尿病的患病率分别为26．85％、5．83％，成为该区45岁以上居民的主要慢性疾病。患慢性病的主要危险因素除机体器官系统功能的衰退外，还与吸烟、饮酒、不经常适量运动、体重超重、不当的饮食结构等因素有关。结论该区应对居民开展规范化的慢性病管理机制和健康教育，提高居民的防病能力和意识，有效降低慢性病的发病水平。

Prevalence and risk factors of chronic diseases among residents over 45 years in Fengnan District of Tangshan City

Objective ] To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of chronic diseases among residents over 45 years in Fengnan Dis- trict of Tangshan City of Hebei Province, and provide scientific evidence for developing control measures. Methods ] A unified health examination approach was adopted to check 180 040 residents over 45 years. The results and the relevant personal informa- tion were collected for analysis of prevalence and risk factors associated with chronic diseases. Results ] The prevalence rates of hypertension and diabetes were 26.85% and 5.83%. They had become the main chronic diseasesamong residents over 45 years in this district. Besides the risk factor of body organ function decline, the other risk factors were smoking, drinking, not regular mod- erate exercise, being overweight, improper diet, etc. Conclusion] Standardized mechanism for chronic disease management and health education should be carried out in this district to improve residents＇ability and awareness of disease prevention , and reduce the incidence of chronic diseases .
