前列地尔注射液对重度有机磷农药中毒患者心肌保护作用的研究

目的研究前列地尔脂微球载体制剂（Lipo-PGE1，简称前列地尔注射液，商品名：凯时）对急性有机磷农药中毒患者心肌保护的作用。方法将60例重度有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为2组，对照组（n=30）给予洗胃、氯解磷定、阿托品及对症处理；治疗组（n=30）在对照组治疗基础上加用前列地尔注射液10μg／d静脉滴注，连续7d。同时监测心钙蛋白I（cTnI）和肌酸激酶同工酶（CK—MB）及心电图变化。结果治疗组总有效率（93．3％）高于对照组（73．3％），差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．32，P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗3、7d后血清中cTnI和CK-MB低于对照组（P〈0．01），心电图异常率较对照组低（P〈0．05）。结论前列地尔注射液对有机磷农药中毒患者心肌损伤具有保护作用。

Protective effect of Lipo-PGE1 injection on acute myocardinm injury induced by severe organphosphorus pesticide poisoning

[ Objective] To study the protective effect of Lipo-PGE1 （trade name：Kaishi） on acute myocardium injury in patients with severe organphosphorus pesticide poisoning. [ Methods] A total of 60 patients with severe organphosp.horus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into the treatment group （ 30 cases ） and the control group （ 30 cases ）. The control group was given gastric lay-age, pralidoxime chloride, atropine and expectant treatment. The treatment group was treated with Lipo-PGE1 10 μg/d by intrave-nous drip on the basis of treatment in the control group. The treatment course lasted for 7 days. The function of cTnI, CK-MB and electrocardiogram of both 2 groups was monitored. [ Results] The total efficiency of treatment group （93.3%） was significantly higher than that of control group （73.3% ）, with significant difference （ X^2 =4.32,P 〈0.05）. At 3 days and 7days after treat-ment, the level of cTnI, CK-MB and electrocardiogram in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Lipo-PGE1 has protective effect on acute myocardium injury in patients with severe organ-phosphorus pesticide poisoning.
