2010-2012年北京市延庆县公共场所室内空气卫生状况监测结果

目的掌握北京市延庆县公共场所室内空气卫生状况，加强公共场所的卫生管理，提高卫生质量，为制定相应预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法按照GB／T18204—2000及GB／T17220—1998的规定，于2010--2012年对公共场所的空气卫生状况进行监测，根据GB／T9663—1996-GB／T9666—1996、GB／T9670—1996进行结果评价。结果2010-2012年共监测公共场所室内空气卫生指标17398项次，合格率为96．91％；3年合格率分别为95．66％、97．23％、98．39％，年度间差异有统计学意义（X^2=72．48，P〈0．01）；第1到第4季度的合格率分别为96．04％、96．24％、98．37％、96．76％，4个季度间差异有统计学意义（X^2=53．43，P〈0．01）；各类公共场所中，5个行业间的合格率差异有统计学意义（X^2=888．44，P〈0．01），文化娱乐场所合格率最高（100．00％），公共浴室合格率最低（88．21％）；3年间室内微小气候、照度和噪声的合格率差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）；3年间空气质量的合格率差异有统计学意义（X^2=14．77，P〈0．01）。结论北京市延庆县公共场所室内空气卫生意义合格率总体较高，能够满足人们的卫生需求。

Monitoring results of sanitary conditions of indoor air in public places of Yanqing County of Beijing from 2010-2012

[ Objective] To understand the sanitary conditions of indoor air in public places of Yanqing County of Beijing, strengthen health management in public places, improve the sanitary quality, and provide scientific basis for formulating the corresponding pre-vention and control measures. [ Methods] According to GB/T 18204-2000 and GB/T 17220-1998, the sanitary conditions of indoor air in public places were monitored from 2010-2012. The results were evaluated according to GB/T 9663-1996- GB/T 9666-1996 and GB/T 9670-1996. [ Results ] A total of 17 398 indexes/times of indoor air sanitary in public places were monitored from 2010-2012, and the qualified rate was 96.91%. The annual qualified rate was respectively 95.66%, 97.23% and 98.39%, and the difference was significant （ X^2 = 72.48, P 〈 0.01 ）. The qualified rate of each quarter was respectively 96.04%, 96.24%, 98.37% and 96.76% , and the difference was significant （X^2 =53.43, P〈0. O1）. There was significant difference in the quali-fied rate among five industries （ X^2 = 888.44, P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the qualified rate in entertainment places was the highest （100.00% ） , while that in public bathrooms was the lowest （88.21% ）. The differences in the qualified rates of indoor microcli-mate, Illumination and noise among three years were significance （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in the qualified rate of air quality among three years （ X^2 = 14.77, P 〈0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] The overall qualified rate of sanitary conditions of in-door air in public places of Yanqing County of Beijing is satisfactory, which can meet people＇s health needs.
