某部官兵心理健康状况调查与分析

目的分类掌握某部一线参试军官、基层军官和普通士兵的心理状态，旨在有针对性地进行心理干预。方法采用TR-09军人团体心理测评仪进行测评，军官群体和战士群体均采用的是军人心理健康调查问卷和军人适应不良自评量表。结果采用军人心理健康调查问卷作为比较对象时，军官的无症状率（79．3％）显著高于战士的无症状率（58．9％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论该单位军官心理健康状况整体好于战士；男战士与女战士之间的心理健康状况无明显差异。

Investigation and analysis on mental health of officers and soldiers in a PLA unit

Objective ] To understand the psychological state of forefront officers, basic-level officers and normal soldiers in a PLA unit separately, carry out the special psychological intervention. Methods ] TR-09 military psychological evaluation instrument was applied. The officers and soldiers were evaluated by the Military mental health questionnaire and the Military maladjustment self-e- valuation scale. Results ] For the Military mental health questionnaire, the asymptomatic rate of officers （ 79.3 % ） was higher than that of soldiers （ 58.9% ） significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion] The mental state of military officers is better than that of sol- diers, and no differences in mental health are observed between female soldiers and male soldiers.
