上海市金山区民众对H7N9禽流感知识的知晓情况和态度

目的了解上海市金山区民众对H7N9禽流感的知识知晓情况以及态度反应，为制定适宜的健康教育策略提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法，选择上海市金山区社区居民201名，学生681名，教师397名，共1279人进行自填式问卷调查。结果H7N9禽流感知识知晓率，学生为59．47％，教师为67．61％，居民为64．43％。超过90％的民众肯定了政府的工作措施，94．1％的民众对战胜H7N9禽流感有信心，10．7％的民众生活受到影响，18．6％的民众感到恐慌，最希望获取信息的途径都是电视专题报道／报纸／电台。结论该区民众对H7N9禽流感的传播途径和临床表现两方面知识掌握程度还有待于加强，政府的应对疫情工作得到了多数民众的肯定，多数民众对控制疫情有信心，在信息获取途径中电视电视专题报道／报纸／电台是最受欢迎的途径，微博等网络的信息渠道接受程度差异较大。

Survey on knowledge and attitudes about H7N9 avian influenza among residents in Jinshan District of Shanghai

[ Objective] To understand the knowledge and attitudes about H7N9 avian influenza among residents in Jinshan District of Shanghai, provide scientific basis for developing the appropriate health education strategies. [ Methods ] By the cluster sampling, 1 279 people, which included 201 community residents, 681 students and 397 teachers, were collected to carry out a self-adminis- tered questionnaire survey. [ Results] The awareness rate of knowledge about avian influenza in students, teachers and residents was 59.47%, 67.61% and 64.43%, respectively. More than 90% of residents thought that the measures of government were effec- tive, 94.1% had the confidence to overcome H7N9 avian influenza, 10.7% believed that their life were affected, and 18.6% felt panicky. Most of respondents wanted to get information from TV special report, paper and broadcast. [ Conclusion ] The awareness rates of knowledge about transmission routes and clinical manifestations of H7N9 avian influenza among the residents in Jinshan Dis- trict should be improved. Most of residents show the positive attitude towards the measures of government, and have the confidence to control the epidemic situation. The most popular ways to obtain the information include TV special report, paper and broadcast, and there is a significant difference in acceptance degree of network, such as the microblog.
