炎琥宁雾化吸入对儿童哮喘的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察炎琥宁对儿童哮喘的临床疗效及机制研究。方法共计105例支气管哮喘患儿纳入研究,并随机分为两组:对照组(n=42)与干预组(n=63)。所有患儿均接受规范性治疗。干预组在治疗基础上加用炎琥宁雾化吸入。记录两组症状体征、肺功能(FEV1、PEF)并测定两组血清中免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG、IgE)水平。结果两组总有效率均为90.5%;接受治疗后,两组在肺功能改善上未显现出差异性,但炎琥宁可以更快地改善肺部症状与体征(P〈0.05),并能显著升高IgA、IgG而降低IgE,提高患儿免疫力(P〈0.05);雾化吸入炎琥宁未见不良反应。结论炎琥宁雾化吸入对肺功能影响不大,但可改善肺部症状与体征,提高患儿免疫力,无不良反应。

Abstract: Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanhuning inhalation on bronchial asthma ( HA ) in children, explore the mechanism. Methods] 105 HA children were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into the control group (n =42) and the intervention group { n = 637. AU patients received the standard treatment, and the intervention group was given the Yanhuning inhalation on the basis of the standard treatment. The signs, symptoms and lung function (FEV1 ,PEF)were recorded, while the serum immunoglobulin levels ( IgA, IgM, IgG and IgE) was measured. Results ] The total efficiency rates of two groups were both 90.5%. There was no significant difference in lung function improvement after treatment between two groups. However, Yanhuning inhalation could rapidly improve pulmonary symptoms and signs ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and significantly elevate the immunologic function ( increase the levels of IgA and IgG, and reduce the level of IgE,P 〈0.05 ). No side effect was observed in the intervention group. Conclusion ] Yanhuning inhalation has little effect on lung function, but it can improve the pulmonary symptoms and signs, elevate the immunologic function, and has no side effect.
