腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠120例分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床价值。方法：回顾分析腹腔镜手术治疗120例与同期开腹手术81例异位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果：比较两组患者年龄、腹部手术史、腹腔积血量、异位妊娠类型等术前指标，均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但手术时间、术中失血量、术后肠蠕动时间及住院时间比较，两组差异有显著性。结论：异位妊娠行腹腔镜手术安全、微创、恢复快。
