摘    要:目的:优选润肺止咳片的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优选,以梓醇、阿魏酸、浸出物为指标考察加水量、提取次数、加水倍数对提取工艺的影响,最终确定地黄、熟地黄、白芍、当归的最佳水提工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取90 min,2次。结论:选择君臣药为主要指标,又加入醇提物这一指标,兼备中药复方成分复杂的特点,可以更合理反映提取效果。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective: optimization study on extraction technology of runfei zhike tablets . Methods: using the orthogonal experiment, optimization study on extraction technology,takealcohol, ferulic acid, the extract as index to investigation water added, extraction times, adding water multiples of extraction technology and finally determined theinfluence of radixrehmanniae, prepared rehmannia root, officinale, angelica best water extraction process. Results: the best extraction process is add 10 times water quantity, extraction 90min, extraction 2 times. Conclusion: offer scientific basis for extraction process and the next research work..
